Our Approach
When you invite us to your property; we complete your project in a timely and conscientious manner. Our technicians wear boot covers (and masks inside during current covid-19 pandemic) use hand sanitizer before and after each project, use towels to catch and clean up any water drips, replace furniture and/or other items that may need to be moved. Turn off lights that we may need to turn on to enter a room. If you have children that need to nap, we will gladly clean those windows first or last if napping when we arrive (we understand how important that time is). These are a few examples to let you know that we are on your team and appreciate you having us over.
When finished with a project, we invite your feedback and will let you know when we are done so you can ask any questions you may have. We want to make sure your happy before we go.
Our technician will email you the invoice and you can pay at the time of service, pay online through our electronic invoice, or mail a check. Let us know if you would like the windows cleaned on a regular basis. We are here to make your life easier. We can schedule cleaning as often as you would like and send you an email and a text message 3 days in advance to let you know that we are planning to head over. You can always respond to this message if you are not around or need to postpone. Thank you!
